Vilde Wettergreen becomes new Community Manager at Aggrator

  • Aggrator
  • 30/04/2024

Aggrator strengthens the team when Vilde Wettergreen joins as new Community Manager on May 13th. Vilde comes from the position of Managing Director at the Oslo-based start-up company Immerse Optics, where she has also previously held the position of Chief Marketing Officer. There, she has led strategic marketing, product launches, and been central to define the company's direction – which has contributed significantly Sales growth and increased market position.

Before this, Vilde was a co-founder and CMO at Fornix, a Trondheim-based company that uses virtual reality as a tool for exposure therapy for mental health challenges. During this period, she led the development of the company’s brand and visual identity, helped secure pilot clients, partners, and investors, and helped scale the team to ten people.

Vilde also has extensive experience as a consultant. She has assisted entrepreneurs both in Kenya and Norway through Innovation Norway’s Emax program, and worked as a consultant for student entrepreneurs at Spark* NTNU, where she guided early-stage entrepreneurs through strategic and operational challenges.

Throughout her young career, Vilde has already demonstrated a strong ability to lead, develop, and execute strategic marketing and communications plans, as well as drive business development across sectors. With solid experience from both start-ups and established companies, we at Aggrator are very excited to have Vilde join the team. We look forward to seeing how she will contribute to further developing our ecosystem, strengthening our entrepreneurs, and taking Aggrator to the next level.

In her role as Community Manager, Vilde will lead Aggrator’s new growth program ESSE, in addition to being responsible for both operational and strategic marketing and communications efforts to strengthen Aggrator’s position in the ecosystem.
