Ahead of each ESSE masterclass, we invite you to a short digital webinar where you will meet the masterclass leaders and get an introduction to the topic. They will share their experiences and practical advice, and you will have the opportunity to submit your own questions.
The webinars are open to everyone and last about 30 minutes.

ESSE is suitable for both fresh entrepreneurs and more experienced innovators. You can be a student business, researcher, early-stage entrepreneur, experienced business developer, or intrapreneur in a larger company.
With its connection to Campus Ås, the growth program is particularly well suited for those working in agri-foodtech or environmental technology.
You can attend one or more masterclasses as needed, but we strongly recommend following the entire program.
If you participate in more than five masterclasses, you will have access to specialist mentors with support for the pitch deck and an invitation to attend your own pitch workshops.
Simple lunch is included, and light serving will be available from the morning onwards.
If you have any special allergies or preferences, we kindly ask you to bring your own food.
The ESSE masterclasses are three-part:
1. Theoretical part led by external business executives
2. Practical part with hands-on exercises that help you implement the knowledge directly in your business
3. Presentation, discussion and sharing of experiences
The combination of leading expertise, hands-on work, and direct feedback provides faster learning, earlier clarification of pitfalls, and increased progress.
We have the opportunity to provide up to 5 students with free access to each masterclass; first come, first served. Contact the project manager Vilde Wettergreen for your own access code.

Two weeks before each masterclass, we invite you to a 30-minute live webinar where Aggrator partner Salvador Baille interviews the upcoming masterclass leaders. You will also have the opportunity to ask questions.
