ESSE passer for både ferske gründere og mer erfarne innovatører. Du kan være studentbedrift, forsker, gründer i tidligfase, erfaren forretningsutvikler eller intraprenør i en større virksomhet. 

Med tilknytning til Campus Ås er vekstprogrammet spesielt godt egnet til deg som jobber innen agrifoodtech eller miljøteknologi.

Du kan delta på én eller flere masterclasser etter behov, men vi anbefaler sterkt å følge hele programmet.

If you attend more than five masterclasses, you will get access to specialist mentors with pitch deck support and invitations to your own pitch workshops.

A simple lunch is included, and light refreshments will be available from the morning onwards.

Please note that we unfortunately cannot guarantee accommodations for all food preferences or allergies.

ESSE The masterclasses are divided into three parts:

1. Theoretical part led by external business leaders

2. Practical part with hands-on exercises that help you implement the knowledge directly in your company

3. Presentation, discussion and sharing of experiences

The combination of leading expertise, practical work and direct feedback results in faster learning, earlier clarification of pitfalls and increased progress.
