Bjarne Tvete
CEO
Bjarne holds an MSc in Machine Learning from the University of Surrey and an MBA from BI.
He has extensive leadership and entrepreneurial experience, including from the defense division of the Alcatel system (now Thales) and from Inven2, where he helped to start 14 companies.
Expertise: Strategy, negotiation and analysis.

Salvador Baille
Partner
Salvador is a civil engineer with a Master of Arts in Corporate Finance from BI and an MBA from Barcelona. At Aggrator, he is responsible for the mentor and industry partner programs.
He is the founder and CEO of the consulting company Intelis, as well as a renowned consultant, speaker, and columnist with articles in E24, Finansavisen, and Shifter.
Key competencies: Communication, go-to-market and internationalization.

Tone Blixøen
Partner
Tone has a major in biotechnology from the USA and Oslo, as well as an MBA from Imperial in London.
She is a specialist in bioeconomy and health, the public sector, and soft funding.Previously, Tone was a representative in the county council in Akershus.
She also has experience from the international biotechnology industry, as a technology entrepreneur, and was previously CEO of the Oslo Cancer Cluster.
Key competencies: Soft funding and political communication.

Vilde Wettergreen
Head of Communications & Growth programs
Vilde holds a BA in psychology and an MA in business development from NTNU’s Entrepreneurship School. She has experience as an entrepreneur, managing director, and as a marketing and communications manager.
At Aggrator, she is responsible for the ESSE growth program, communication and positioning – and also assists our companies with business development.
Expertise: Market and communication strategy, partnerships and scaling.

Lars La Cour Poulsen
Head of Portfolio and Finance
Lars holds a PhD in biochemistry and molecular biology from the University of Southern Denmark, and has over 15 years of experience in biomedical and biotechnological research and innovation.
He has experience with early-stage commercialization from Ard Innovation, in areas such as deeptech, biotech, and foodtech.
At Aggrator, Lars works with financial management and business development for our start-up companies.
Key competencies: Technology development, commercialization, and financial management.

Johanne Kloster Ellingsen
Project Manager
Johanne holds a BSc in biotechnology from the University of Edinburgh and an MA in business development from the NTNU School of Entrepreneurship.
She has previously worked with strategy, market analysis and financing in the biotechnology company Agoprene.
At Aggrator, Johanne works on strategic support for our start-up companies and project management.
