This summer announced Akershus County Municipality 17,900,000 kroner through the scheme «Subsidies for business development and innovation in Akershus».
Despite strong competition with 42 applications from the region, Aggrator was awarded a total of 3 million kroner (around 17% of the entire pot!). The funds are divided between the main project and other projects. «Growth program for agri-foodtech and environmental technology companies with international potential» and the feasibility study «Better soil, cleaner fjord».
Good news for companies in the agrifoodtech and environmental technology sectors
The increased support allows us to deliver a significantly strengthened ESSE growth program in 2025. Among other things, we want to expand ESSE with more masterclasses, executive workshops, international customer visits, and a dedicated agrifoodtech investor day.
In collaboration with AgriFoodTech Norway, Norwegian:Norwegian Region's Business Association And BIT Innovation Center wants Aggrator with ESSE to create new jobs and increase export revenues in Norwegian agrifoodtech and environmental technology. The goal is to establish the ESSE growth program as a central arena that connects the business community and investors in agrifoodtech and environmental technology with the research and innovation environment at Campus Ås.
Innovation for better soil health and a cleaner Oslofjord
«Better soil, cleaner fjord» In collaboration with NIBIO, the project aims to bring together companies and stakeholders at Campus Ås working on soil health to promote increased value creation, develop new technology, and identify profitable measures for a more sustainable agriculture and a cleaner Oslofjord.
Strengthened support for green growth in Akershus
With funds from the county municipality, Aggrator can both support more businesses and offer enhanced support for companies working towards a cleaner and better world, especially in the fields of agrifoodtech and the environment in Akershus. We thank the Akershus county municipality for its trust.
