Aggrator receives 3.2 million for three new innovation projects in Akershus

Aggrator has received funding from Akershus County Council for three new projects, with a total budget of 3.2 million kroner. The investments are intended to strengthen both local food producers and agrifoodtech companies, and contribute to increased innovation and value creation in Akershus.

One of the projects, Increased value creation from agrifoodtech in Akershus, is being implemented together with AgriFoodTech Norway and aims to develop new services for agrifoodtech companies with a focus on scaling, internationalization, and the further development of the industry in the county.

Aggrator also starts the pre-project phase Research-based validation of agrifoodtech in collaboration with Norwegian University of Life Sciences og NIBIO. The project aims to make testing and research-based validation more accessible to agri-foodtech companies, so that more solutions can reach the market more quickly.

The third project is the preliminary project Business expertise for local food producers, which is carried out in cooperation with NOFIMA. Here, Aggrator and NOFIMA will strengthen local food producers in the areas of strategy, finance, management and distribution, with the aim of developing a practical and targeted growth program for local food in Akershus.
