Aggrator
09/01/2024

We are pleased to welcome Wastech as a new incubator company in Aggrator. Wastech specializes in technology for large-scale conversion of food waste into nutrient-rich soil and fertilizer (https://www.wastech.no/Their technology solves a major two-sided problem; utilizing food waste that is produced and contributing to soil improvement. This is an important area of focus for the EU. Currently, they collect residual materials from institutions and the food industry in the Bergen area, but are already planning expansion to other geographical areas. Based in Bergen, Wastech has chosen Aggrator because they want a closer connection to the competence environment at Campus Ås, especially within soil health and soil quality improvement. We look forward to working with Managing Director Fredrik Schmidt Fotland and his team.
