Marker and Eidsberg Sparebank enters into a strategic collaboration with Aggrator, the incubator within the research and innovation environment on Campus Ås.
The collaboration is based on a shared ambition to promote entrepreneurs and solutions that can contribute to a green transition and increased food security, challenges where Akershus and Østfold have the prerequisites to develop better solutions. Østfold is among the most productive agricultural regions in Norway, with significant grain production and a diversified food industry, while Campus Ås has a leading research and knowledge environment in agriculture, food and environmental technology.
– Entrepreneurs not only need good ideas, they also need solid financial management to succeed. Marker and Eidsberg Sparebank have strong expertise in budgeting and financing, and through our collaboration with Aggrator we want to contribute to growth and development in our region, says managing bank manager Glenn M. Haglund.
Marker and Eidsberg Sparebank, which was recently established through the merger of two solid local banks, aims to contribute to growth and development in the region. Through the collaboration, the bank will provide networks and expertise to innovative companies that develop new solutions.
– Capital and financial management are particularly challenging for companies that are new or in a growth phase. In collaboration with Marker and Eidsberg Sparebank, we will strengthen the offer for the companies and contribute to more development, more growth, and more jobs in the region, says CEO at Aggrator, Bjarne Tvete. .
