That might not sound <em>enormous<\/em> Out, but for us it means that we have gained 380 new followers this year. LinkedIn is an important channel for us to reach out to, including innovation and research communities, companies in the agrifoodtech sector, and the environment, and to share updates from our company and <a href=\"https:\/\/aggrator.com\/en\/arrangementer\/\">what is happening <\/a>at Aggrator. We\u2019ve learned a lot over the past year about what works and what doesn\u2019t in order to build a strong presence on LinkedIn. Here are our five best tips for growing:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-1-selektiv-bruk-av-tagging\">1. Selective use of tagging<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When tagging people in posts, make sure it\u2019s relevant people who are likely to engage. Don\u2019t tag a long list of actors or people. Selective tagging increases the likelihood of interactions and visibility \u2013 and prevents the post from being perceived as unauthentic. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2-link-til-eksterne-sider-i-kommentar\">2. Link to external pages in the comment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you want to share links to external pages, add them in the comment box instead of in the post itself. LinkedIns algorithms don't like posts that divert the audience away from their platform. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-3-bilder-og-karuseller-lofter-posten\">3. Pictures and carousels take the post!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Visual elements such as images, infographics, or carousel posts capture attention and create engagement. We often find that such posts have higher reach than text-based posts. It\u2019s especially good if there are photos of happy people; emotions are contagious!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-4-unnga-en-wall-of-text\">4. Avoid a \u00abwall of text\u00bb<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Make the posts reader-friendly by using line breaks and short paragraphs. This makes it easier for readers to scan the text and keep their interest until the last sentence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-5-bruk-personprofiler\">5. Use personal profiles<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Posts from personal profiles often reach far more people than posts from company profiles. Encourage employees to write their own posts, even if it\u2019s about events or updates from their company. We\u2019ve found that this greatly increases the reach!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Are you working with agrifoodtech or the environment?
